The story
Ristorante LeBolle, in Verbania at Corso Umberto Primo 21, Stresa VB, is an Italian Contemporary restaurant inside the Boutique Hotel Stresa on Lake Maggiore. Michelin lists it as Recommended for 2026, and Wine Spectator gave its wine list a Best of Award of Excellence in 2025.
Executive Chef Luca Gulino combines local ingredients with Mediterranean inspiration and adds a modern touch. The plates are composed with care, so the presentation is as deliberate as the flavors. The kitchen works in a contemporary Italian register that suits both lunch and dinner.
