The story
Condividere, in Turin at via Bologna 20/a, is a contemporary Italian restaurant that earned a Michelin 1 Star in 2026. The kitchen is built around sharing, with a cuisine that is modern yet rooted in Italian tradition.
Federico Zanasi has cooked alongside Ferran Adrià since the restaurant opened, bringing experimental ideas onto the menu. Two tasting menus, Festival and Gran Festival, are priced at €120 and €140 for two. The dishes change from one menu to the next, but signature courses remain, such as the spherical olive "El Bulli" and the Parmesan gelato "Bob Noto." The meal ends with a dessert festival served in a separate room.
Oscar-winning production designer Dante Ferretti designed the interior, which mixes industrial pipes and cogs with graffiti and metal lace patterns. A clock wall anchors the space. In warmer months, the garden faces Nuvola Lavazza Square, and a gazebo offers a more private spot to sit after dinner. Table service is informal but precise.
