The story
Abocar Due Cucine, at Via Carlo Farini 13 in Rimini, runs an international kitchen that earned one Michelin star in 2026 for high quality cooking. The menus move between Italian and South American traditions.
Romagnol chef Camilla Corbelli and Argentine chef Mariano Guardianelli share the stoves. Their partnership puts Italian and South American flavors on the same plate. The menu is revised about every 60 days, so returning guests find new pairings.
The tasting menus run from five to nine courses, with the Hadria 37 five-course menu at €80 and the nine-course Manos Libres at €130. Dishes include baked sea snail ravioli with apricot and capers, and roasted duck with shallot and coffee. In warmer months, meals can be taken in the garden.
