The story
Trattoria Ai Due Platani, at via Budellungo 104/a in Coloreto, serves Emilian cooking that earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026. The hamlet sits about five minutes from central Parma, and the trattoria keeps the look of a traditional country inn.
Fresh pasta is made to order, and the kitchen works with small artisan salumi producers. Signature plates on the ilGolosario list include beef tartare with giardiniera, rabbit ravioli served with its own jus and dill, and gnocchi made with mountain potatoes and salami paste.
The dining room keeps the feel of an old trattoria, with outdoor seating for warmer evenings. The cellar leans on Burgundy and Champagne. Dessert includes zuppa inglese, and the cream gelato is churned on a 1964 Carpigiani machine.
