The story
Daní Maison, at via Montetignuso 4 in Ischia, is a contemporary kitchen with two Michelin stars (2026) for excellent cooking. It also ranks 9th in the Grandi Ristoranti list of the 50 Top Italy guide for 2026.
Nino Di Costanzo works with the precision of a craftsman and a light touch. Each plate is built to show the ingredient itself, and flavour stays at the centre rather than visual effect. Technique, memory and the island's produce meet in the kitchen.
The meal can open with finger food that blends Neapolitan, Ischitan and Oriental traditions. At the chef's table, guests can choose the "Ci pensa lo chef" menu. Two dishes stand out: the Doppio raviolo with rabbit and mozzarella, and the Pasta e patate, a traditional idea reworked in a contemporary style.
