The story
Ahimè serves country cooking at via San Gervasio 6/e in Bologna, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand it received in 2026 recognises good quality cooking at good value. The menu follows the seasons, so the lineup changes often.
Young chef Lorenzo Vecchia cooks with solid technique and a light touch. He selects local produce under circular economy principles. ilGolosario gave the restaurant its Faccino Radioso in 2026, noting that the dishes consistently give pleasure, as do the wine cellar selections.
Recent must-try dishes include raw mutton with pancetta, cucumber and peach, and maccheroncini with calf brain, lemon and rosemary. Duck arrives with broccoli, walnuts, liver pâté and mustard. Starters average €12, main courses €18, and the five-course tasting menu is €65.
