The story
LeBistrot99 in Wiesbaden serves French bistro cooking at Auguste-Viktoria-Straße 15, inside the Dorint Pallas hotel near the Kurpark. The Schlemmer Atlas gave it 2,5 Kochlöffel in 2026.
Jörg Schilling leads the kitchen, which turns out typical bistro cuisine. The Schlemmer Atlas noted the many French classics on the menu, including Niçoise salad, Flammkuchen and Bœuf Bourguignon. A seasonal two-course menu anchors the offer, so the dishes shift with the year.
The room is relaxed and sociable, with art on the walls and French chansons in the background. Guests sit close together and talk easily. The concept comes from Heike Iserlohe, a painter and lover of Paris, who wanted the Cologne original's Parisian mood carried into Wiesbaden. The space also suits a business lunch or a client dinner.
