The kitchen works in a modern, classic home-style cuisine. Service runs from the breakfast buffet through to the dinner menu. Vegetarian and vegan choices are part of the offer.
The red-brick monument dates to 1890 and sits between town and river. Guests can eat in Bistro Unter'm Kran or on the terrace in the green.
