The story
Restaurant Shiraz, at Kampstr. 37-41 in Salzgitter, serves French and world cuisine, and the Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 3,5 Kochlöffel in 2026. The restaurant sits inside a hotel and offers a fine dining menu alongside a set lunch.
The kitchen works with traditional meat dishes. Steaks, Rinderroulade and Wiener Schnitzel are the dishes the Schlemmer Atlas highlights. The menu suits both a longer dinner and a set lunch.
