The story
Atlantik is a seafood restaurant at Zenettistraße 12 in Munich, listed as Recommended by the Michelin Guide in 2026. The kitchen cooks contemporary, French-leaning dishes around lobster and oysters kept in its own tanks.
Oysters and Nova Scotia lobster come straight from the salt-water tanks. Main courses go over charcoal: a turbot cutlet with lobster foam, monkfish served with head and collar over bouillabaisse fond, and Breton sole grilled whole and priced by the 100 grams. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded 3 Kochlöffel in 2026 and singled out the whole monkfish and the brick-walled room.
The evening menu "Frühling" runs four courses for 129 euros or five for 168 euros. It opens with tuna and a Gillardeau no. 0 oyster with yuzu, then hamachi with caviar, and skrei with potato and mustard. Dessert is a Valrhona chocolate gâteau with mango and passion fruit. Breton lobster with carrot and calamansi can be added as an extra course, and the menu is served to the whole table only.
Anja and Peter Feigl run the house, which the website dates to 1996. Peter advises on wine from a cellar of about 15,000 bottles across more than 540 positions. Taittinger Brut and Rosé are poured by the glass.
