The story
Brasserie Wein & Dein serves Palatine and world cuisine at Mahlastr. 1 in Landau in der Pfalz, on the first floor of the Parkhotel. The Schlemmer Atlas gave it 2 Kochlöffel in 2026.
The kitchen says openly that it is not strictly regional fare. It aims for creative, straightforward cooking, honestly made and carefully plated. Wine leads the list: Palatinate bottles from growers the team knows personally, with many poured by the glass. Rieslings, Burgunder, rosés and reds all appear.
The dining room is modern and inviting. When the weather allows, the terrace opens for breakfast and for dinner in the evening sun. Private celebrations can be held in the brasserie or in the creative room HinGAABe.

A modernly designed restaurant with an inviting atmosphere, located on the first floor of the hotel. The wine selection, in particular, stays true to the region, with many Palatinate wines also served by the glass.
