The story
Schlossrestaurant Victoria serves French cooking at Hainstr. 25 in Kronberg im Taunus, Germany. The Schlemmer Atlas awarded it three Kochlöffel in 2026, and its dining room sits in one of the most beautiful castle halls in the country.
The kitchen offers two menus of three to six courses each. One of them is vegetarian, so guests who skip meat still get a full progression. A set lunch menu is also on offer, which suits a midday visit.
The wine list draws on the estate's own winery, Prinz von Hessen. Bottles come from the same house that cooks the meal, so the pairing follows the restaurant's own cellar.
