The story
ParkRestaurant at Kirchstr. 27 in Gütersloh is the Westphalian and Mediterranean restaurant of the Parkhotel, and the Schlemmer Atlas gave it 1.5 Kochlöffel in 2026.
The restaurant calls itself the hotel's "gute Stube", its good parlour. The lounge looks onto the private hotel garden and is both cozy and elegant, with personal service. In warmer months, guests can also eat at the summer restaurant, which has outdoor seating.
The Mediterranean and Westphalian kitchen is joined by a Sunday family brunch. A set lunch menu is also on offer. The Schlemmer Atlas entry points to the garden lounge and the summer terrace as the main draws.
