Bavarian craft on organic produce

Traditional Bavarian Wirtshaus cooking meets modern international dishes in this organic restaurant. The kitchen builds its menu on organically grown ingredients, cooked seasonally and sourced regionally. Schlemmer Atlas awarded the house 2 Kochlöffel for 2026, citing its organic-certified kitchen, daily menu and lunch snacks.

A family house with a long history

Jakob Portenlänger took over the family business in 2022 as the fourth generation. The guesthouse has a long tradition of hospitality, and the family still runs it with a personal touch.
