Roku - Japanese Dining & Wine is a contemporary Japanese restaurant at Schwerinstraße 34 in Düsseldorf, listed as Michelin Recommended in 2026.
The card runs from sushi, sashimi and tempura to an eight-course omakase with sake or wine pairing. The Schlemmer Atlas, which gave Roku three Kochlöffel in 2026, says choosing is a struggle and calls the dishes very authentic. The corner room in Pempelfort is modernly appointed.
The weekday lunch menu includes salad, a starter and miso soup. Mains range from karaage (Japanese-style fried chicken thigh) and grilled yellowtail cheek to shrimp and vegetable tempura, sashimi plates and sushi sets with nigiri and maki. A weekly special rotates in, and there is a small salmon-and-cucumber maki menu for children under 12.
