La Bécasse shares the Dillingen town hall with the Bistro Chez Fabrice. The Schlemmer Atlas credits Fabrice Bertrand for both. A seafood menu appears now and then, so the French kitchen shifts with the season.
Thursday evenings bring a five-course menu in trilogy, built from what the market offers that week. At lunch, the weekly card lists quick daily dishes, served from 12:00 to 14:00 every day except Monday. Vegetarian choices are part of the offer. On holidays the kitchen writes a special menu, such as the three- or four-course Whitsun menu for 2026.
