The story
SKYKITCHEN is a modern cuisine restaurant in Berlin at Landsberger Allee 106, 10369, and holds one Michelin star (2026). It sits on the 12th floor of the Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's, where a European kitchen cooks with views across the city.
The main format is a six-course menu called the Voyage Culinaire, which can also be ordered vegetarian. The cooking is classically rooted and draws on several cuisines. A starter of sea urchin ice cream comes with a nori leaf, marigold, sesame and a cucumber-apple salad. A later course pairs Mediterranean lamb with fluffy polenta dumplings, eggplant cream and crisp artichoke, with Brandenburgian rowan berries adding acidity.
The dining room has 55 seats and glass walls on the 12th floor, with window seats facing the evening skyline. Velvet benches sit on a rough screed floor, and vintage furniture meets copper details. After dinner, guests can take a digestif at the bar on the 14th floor.
The wine list features producers from Austria and Eastern Europe, including Johannes Zillinger in the Weinviertel, Roxanich from Istria and Guerila Wines from Slovenia. The house-made non-alcoholic drinks are a strong part of the list as well.
