The story
Jägerheim is a Mediterranean restaurant at Niederhofer Kohlenweg 170 in Dortmund, awarded one Kochlöffel by the Schlemmer Atlas in 2026.
The kitchen calls its cooking modern and alpine-inspired. Austrian specialties share the card with German and Italian classics, and the selection changes with the seasons. The restaurant does not publish its menu online, and it says versions on third-party platforms are out of date.
