1990 Vegan Living Berlin: Vegan Vietnamese Bowls and Shared Plates

1990 Vegan Living serves vegan Vietnamese food at Krossener Strasse 19 in Berlin, and the Schlemmer Atlas awarded it 1 Kochlöffel in 2026. The menu follows Vietnam's plant-based tradition, carried into a Berlin kitchen run by the family of Cat Tuong.

Shared bowls and small plates

Dishes come in small bowls set in the middle of the table, made for sharing. The Schlemmer Atlas highlights bowls, dim sum and burgers, along with homemade lemonades and wine, all vegan. Much of the food is made in-house, some with organic ingredients, and tapas-style plates sit alongside crisp salads, soy with a dressing, and nuts.

A family kitchen

The room is meant to feel like a family home in Vietnam, with the easy warmth of a shared kitchen table. The restaurant filters its water, which the team says brings out the flavour of the cooking. We're Smart Green Guide has also awarded it 3 Radishes in 2026.
