Michaela Hager cooks traditional dishes, and the Schlemmer Atlas gave her 2 Kochlöffel in 2026 for soups, dumplings and venison roast. The menu is small and follows the season and what the market offers. Recipes for many of the dishes appear in her cookbook "Echt Bayrisch kochen".
