The story
La Pyramide - Maison Henriroux, at 14 boulevard Fernand-Point in Vienne, France, is a modern cuisine restaurant that holds two Michelin stars for excellent cooking (2026).
Patrick Henriroux took over the house in 1989 with his wife Pascale, and the first star followed in 1990. He describes his cooking as adapted to gourmandise, drawing on regional produce and fine wines. About a hundred small producers within 25 kilometres supply the kitchen, and vegetables hold a privileged place on the menu.
Nineteen contemporary rooms and four family suites, designed by Régis Dho, overlook a French-style garden along the Nationale 7. Espace Ph③ serves from breakfast to dinner, with an open kitchen and plenty of plants. The Blue Pearl lounge opened on the first floor in late 2022 for after-work drinks.
