The story
Le Bouchon Bourguignon is a modern Cuisine bistro at 1 rue Albert-Thibaudet in Tournus, Burgundy, and holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand (2026) for good quality cooking at good value. It is the more relaxed table of the Maison Greuze, sitting beside L'Écrin de Yohann Chapuis, which carries the house's Michelin one-star rating (2026).
The room is classic but contemporary, with comfortable banquettes and wooden tables. Terrines, persillés and escargots lead a menu meant to be shared, and the dessert trolley closes the meal.
The kitchen works with small producers from the land, the vineyard and the sea, according to the house. Guests are encouraged to order to share rather than choose a single plate, and takeaway is available.
