The story
La Voile, the restaurant at La Réserve Ramatuelle in Sainte-Maxime, France, serves modern cuisine from Chemin de la Quessine. The Michelin Guide awarded it two stars in 2026 for excellent cooking.
Eric Canino signs the recipes at La Voile. The plates are refined and light, drawing on Mediterranean cooking with an epicurean streak, and they aim to be indulgent without feeling heavy. The We're Smart Green Guide gives the restaurant four radishes for 2026.
La Brasserie sits alongside La Voile, with a terrace that looks onto the Mediterranean on one side and a fireplace on the other. Tables, armchairs and sofas fill the space between them. By the pool, La Piscine serves Italian flavours under trees and sails.
La Muña, on the rooftop, follows a Japanese-Peruvian menu. The kitchen combines tender, crisp, raw and acidic textures, using carefully sourced produce that is rare in Europe.
