La Bòria is a bistro in Privas, Ardèche, at 105 avenue du Ruissol, Veyras, 07000. The restaurant holds one Michelin star for 2026, recognised for high quality cooking.

Cooking built on Ardèche produce

Chef Florian Descours and his wife Marine run the restaurant, and both were born in Privas. The kitchen works with seasonal produce from nearby, and the restaurant says 80 to 90 percent of its ingredients come from Ardèche farms and livestock managed with care. Bread is baked on site, and the charcuterie is made from pigs raised for the restaurant by a farmer in Beaulieu, in the south of the region.

The cellar and the table

The wine list leans toward producers from the local area, chosen with an ethical approach. The cheese platter is built around the work of the farmers who supply it. A catering service is available on request for events outside the restaurant, extending the same kitchen to other tables.
