The story
La Dame de Pic is Anne-Sophie Pic's Paris restaurant at 20 rue du Louvre, a French fine dining address that holds one Michelin Star in the 2026 guide for high quality cooking.
Pic is self-taught and works by what she calls Imprégnation: grasping the essence of a product, then building an aromatic thread around it. Leaves, roots and flowers are her palette, and she pairs their scents with other flavours in the dish. The family line runs through her father Jacques and grandfather André, both three-star chefs. Her Valence restaurant earned three Michelin stars in 2007. The French kitchen here takes in vegetarian dishes too.
Close to the Louvre and the Seine, the dining room opens onto a kitchen that passersby can see from the street. Wines come from vineyards around the world. The "creative drinks" list works with or without alcohol, and wine pairing is offered. The restaurant also carries 3 Radishes from the We're Smart Green Guide (2026).
