The story
Isolé is a bistro in Paris at 7 rue de Rosny in Montreuil, and the Michelin Guide has recommended it for 2026. The modern cuisine here follows the seasons, with a menu written by two chefs who cook side by side.
Alice Di Cagno and Victor Gaillard share the cooking, a four-hands arrangement that lets them build the carte around the seasons and their own instincts. The food is made in-house with fresh produce, so the plates shift as the ingredients do. Diners who prefer a lighter sitting can also find a set tasting menu.
The restaurant occupies a former suburban villa a short walk from the Montreuil town hall, set quietly between apartment blocks. Several dining rooms follow one another like the rooms of a bourgeois house. When the weather allows, the terrace opens, and Le Fooding has listed the restaurant for 2026 as well.
