The story
Halle aux grains serves modern cuisine on the third floor of the Bourse de Commerce, 2 rue de Viarmes in Paris, and is listed as Recommended in the Michelin Guide for 2026.
Michel and Sébastien Bras run the Restaurant-Café with what they call a cuisine de l'essentiel, in which grain sets the tone. The idea follows the building's past as a Halle aux blés, a wheat hall that now houses the Pinault Collection museum. Visitors and non-visitors are both welcome.
The view takes in the glass dome and Tadao Ando's work. The kitchen is open from noon to midnight and organizes the day around lunch, afternoon and dinner. In the afternoon, from 3 to 5:30 pm, the quatre-heure brings three pastries to share or not, for 19 euros.
