The story
Dante serves modern cuisine built around shared plates at 14 rue de Paradis in Paris's 10th arrondissement. Le Fooding listed the restaurant in 2026, and the Michelin Guide recommends it for the same year.
Chef Rebecca Beaufour runs the kitchen. Before Dante, she worked at Le Grand Véfour, L'Espadon and L'Arpège. The menu leans on fresh produce and house-made preparations, and the plates are designed to be passed around the table.
Le Fooding's critic praised a perfectly prepared octopus with piquillo peppers and a lemon condiment, along with tiger's milk finished with plenty of coconut and coriander. Steamed prawn and lobster dumplings and slow-cooked pork bao buns also appear on the table. Charred tomatoes are glazed in a tomato water reduction infused with vanilla. For dessert, the vanilla maritozzo, an Italian cream bun, sits alongside a pavlova topped with mango, whipped cream and passion fruit.
The dining room has high ceilings, powdery walls and velvet banquette seating. Large tables suit groups, and the restaurant offers private hire and a private room. A chef's table is available, and the space is wheelchair accessible.
