The story
Armani/Ristorante, at 7 Pl. du Québec in Paris, serves Italian cuisine on the first floor of the Emporio Armani Caffè building. The 2026 Michelin Guide awarded it one star for high quality cooking.
Massimo Tringali, born in Sicily, has been Executive Chef here since 2016. He trained at a hotel school in Sicily and moved to Paris at twenty-one. He worked at the Mona Lisa hotel on rue de la Boétie, then at the Carpaccio restaurant of the Royal Monceau. The Gambero Rosso guide gave the restaurant two forks in 2022, and the kitchen describes its aim as bringing the authenticity of Italian cooking to the Paris dining scene.
Dining takes place upstairs, with a lounge beside the restaurant. Downstairs, the ground floor holds the bar and a veranda open all year. The interior follows the Armani aesthetic, and the restaurant describes its service as impeccable. The house is affiliated with Le Collège Culinaire de France and holds an Ecotable certification of 3 macarons, which it says makes it the first Italian restaurant in France to earn that mark.
