The story
Brasserie Constance is the relaxed table at the Abbaye de Villeneuve, Lieu-dit Villeneuve, 44840 Les Sorinières, a few minutes from central Nantes. It serves contemporary brasserie cooking, and the estate's gastronomic restaurant, Le 1201, holds one Michelin star (2026).
The abbey was founded by Cistercian monks in the 13th century and stands on an estate of about 20 hectares. The brasserie shares the site with Le 1201, the Le Shiki Japanese counter and L'étoile, a wine and cigar club, so guests can move between rooms in one visit.
The estate describes the brasserie as serving sweet and savoury plates at any hour. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all listed, and outdoor seating and a table with a view are among its features.
