The story
La Maison dans le Parc, at 3 rue Sainte-Catherine in Nancy, is a gastronomic restaurant that earned one Michelin star in 2026 for its high quality cooking. Roxane and Charles Coulombeau run the house, which occupies a bourgeois townhouse near the place Stanislas.
The chef builds dishes around terroir produce, working closely with a network of long-standing producers. Seafood, vegetables and meat are seasoned with restraint, and the kitchen plays with texture. Touches inspired by Japan run through the menu, and the dishes change with the season.
Guests can choose a lunch suggestion, the Menu du Moment, or a six-course tasting menu. Desserts carry umami notes. The wine list leans toward Alsace, with foreign and natural bottles. The house also hosts four-hand dinners with guest chefs, including Raphaël Rego, Chatchai Klanklong and Enrique Casarrubias.
