The story
Pamparigouste - Le Couvent des Minimes, at Chemin des Jeux-de-Maï in Mane, France, serves modern cuisine and holds a Michelin 1 Star (2026). The property is an hotel and spa in a former convent, and its tables sit inside the same old walls.
Le Feuillée is the gastronomic restaurant, where the chef signs a creative and authentic cooking style built on regional produce. The Michelin guide also lists the property as Recommended in 2026. The building dates to 1613 and was renovated between 2021 and 2023 under the architect Antony Micoud, who kept the historic character of the rooms.
The Bistro Pamparigouste offers the same regional produce in a more relaxed setting. On Fridays and Saturdays at 17:00, La Dame Jeanne, the hotel's wine cellar, hosts a guided tasting of four wines with cheese, limited to twelve guests and booked in advance. Weekend tea time runs from 15:30 to 17:30 under the historic roof of the grand cloister, with savoury and sweet pieces from the pastry chef.
