The story
Miraflores is a Peruvian restaurant at 112 boulevard des Belges in Lyon, where chef Carlos Camino holds one Michelin star (2026) for high quality cooking. The kitchen pairs Peruvian ingredients with French fine dining in a multi-course format.
Carlos Camino builds the menu around produce from Peru, including huacatay, aji peppers, pota squid and Huancaina sauce. Fish and seasonal vegetables lead the plates, so the dishes shift with what arrives each day. The restaurant states that its imported produce is organic and that much of its local produce is too.
Both menus are served for the whole table. The Cuzco menu is a shorter journey through Peruvian traditions, with ceviche, Amazonian nuts and white cacao from Piura. The Machu Picchu menu covers Peru's coast, highlands and jungle, adding dishes such as Challans duck and purple corn. Lunch on Friday and Saturday features the Cuzco menu. The restaurant does not currently offer vegetarian or vegan menus, so guests with dietary needs are asked to speak with the team before booking.
