The story
Le San Felice is a modern cuisine restaurant at 3001 route des Hauts-du-Camp, on the Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France. It holds a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026 and operates within the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet.
The kitchen is built around open-fire grilling, with meats and fresh fish cooked over the flame alongside locally sourced ingredients. Delicate Mediterranean flavors take center stage on the plate. Guests dine in a serene natural setting, with the golf course in view and the sea on the horizon.
Executive chef Fabien Ferré has led the kitchens and dining at Hôtel & Spa du Castellet since 2023. His cooking draws on Provençal produce and fishing artisans, with a focus on short supply chains.
