The story
Maison Caillet is a creative French restaurant in Fécamp, at 22 rue André-Fiquet in Valmont, Normandy. The kitchen holds one Michelin star (2026) and one radish in the We're Smart Green Guide (2026), a nod to its garden-led cooking.
Pierre Caillet, a starred chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, builds his menus around fruit and vegetables from the house kitchen garden. Regional producers supply the meat and other terroir products. The cooking follows the seasons, and the chef describes it as inventive, with plants at its center.
The "Table côté cuisine" dinner places guests close to the chef's team, where each plate is prepared in front of them. Guests can watch the precise work at the stove and see the produce before it is cooked. A cooking class with the chef, followed by a tasting, is also offered, and guests can stay in one of the house's five guest rooms.
