The story
CIBO serves modern Cuisine at 24 rue Jeannin in Dijon, France, and holds one Michelin star for high quality cooking (2026). The kitchen works with the region's producers, so the menu follows what local farms and workshops supply.
Angelo Ferrigno leads the kitchen. The restaurant describes him as France's youngest starred chef in 2016, and he calls his cooking a passion for challenge and sharing. He says his work reaches beyond the stove, with a focus on regional talent and local crafts.
The restaurant works within a supply radius of about 200 km. The team spent more than a year searching the region for artisans, producers and breeders. Those relationships allow seasonal, quality ingredients to appear on the menu throughout the year.
