The story

Fabien Beaufour signs the menus, which change with the seasons and start from the product. The kitchen sources from trusted suppliers and aims for precise cooking, correct seasoning and a clear balance of flavours and textures. The Green Guide awarded the restaurant 3 Radishes for 2026 for its eco-friendly approach.
Lunch offers a menu of two or three courses from 35 euros, while dinner and lunch tasting menus run from four to six courses, priced at 69, 95 and 120 euros per person.
