The story
Table de Levernois, at 15 rue du Golf in Levernois near Beaune, is a modern cuisine restaurant inside the Hostellerie de Levernois, and it holds one Michelin star (2026).
The chef works with traditional Burgundian flavours, and each dish responds to the season and the region. The menu follows what the surrounding land produces, so it changes with the year. Next to the starred room, the Bistrot du Bord de l'Eau offers a more casual meal, with market produce and vegetables from the estate's own garden.
The hotel sits in a seven-hectare park with old trees, beside the Bouzaise River, about 5 km from the historic centre of Beaune. The 18th-century house is a Relais & Châteaux property. The restaurant lists an interesting wine list and wine pairing, and it accommodates vegetarian and dietary requests, with wheelchair access and a private chef service available.
