The story
Pizza Nuova is a Neapolitan pizzeria and Italian kitchen at Revoluční 655/1 in Prague, scored 11 in the 2026 Gault&Millau guide. Pizza anchors the menu, but fresh pasta and a small-portion tasting menu sit alongside it.
The dough is rolled following the Verace Pizza Napoletana tradition and baked on oak wood in an oven from Naples. The Gault&Millau review describes the pizza bufala as light and airy, with a puffed edge and sweet tomatoes. The mozzarella di bufala with tomatoes earned praise for its texture and depth of flavor.
Guests can order fresh pasta or the tasting menu. A rustic buffet counter serves appetizers, salads and pasta on an all-you-can-eat basis, which suits groups and families. Ingredients come mainly from Italy, with fresh local produce added, and Czech meat and charcuterie come from Amaso. Tomáš Neradil leads the kitchen as chef de cuisine.
The dining room is spacious, modern and elegant, and the mood is lively but relaxed. A children's corner makes it easy to bring younger guests, and outdoor seating is available. Service is described as professional, helpful and friendly, and prices reflect both the quality and the central location.
