The story
Aromi, a seafood restaurant at Namesti Míru 1234/6 in Prague, earned 13.5 points from Gault&Millau in 2026. The guide counts it among the city's early fine dining rooms, and its Italian-leaning kitchen still anchors that reputation.
The pasta is made in house. Tortellini are filled with Mazzancolle prawns and served in a bisque emulsion with fermented cucumber. Paccheri come with tomato and burrata cream, and strozzapreti with rabbit ragù arrive under a fonduta of Beltrami fossa cheese. The Gault&Millau reviewer singled out ravioli al plin and grilled calamari with crisp breadcrumbs as examples of the kitchen's restraint.
The raw bar lists market oysters with Sicilian lemon and mignonette, scallops, Sicilian red prawns and bluefin tuna. Seafood served raw, apart from the oysters, is chilled to –20°C for at least 24 hours before service. Larger plates include grilled octopus with red pepper sauce and wild salmon with potato espuma. Sea bass, sea bream, turbot and Dover sole are also served whole for two, and lobster is priced by the kilo.
