The story
Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik, Croatia, at 2 Ulica svetog Dominika, serves a Mediterranean menu with modern technique and holds one Michelin star (2026). The restaurant is open for dinner only, with two five-course tasting menus and an à la carte list.
Marijo Curić grew up in Dubrovnik and started working in kitchens at 17. He trained under chefs including Claude Bosi and Enrico Bartolini before returning home. His cooking adapts favourite Dalmatian dishes into a modern style rooted in the old French school. Gault&Millau named him Chef of the Year in 2023, and the restaurant earned 18 points in its 2026 guide.
Recent courses have included Ston oyster with tuna and lamb with eggplant cream and wild onion. The dining room pairs historical stone walls with contemporary decor, and the glassed-in kitchen is visible from the tables. A terrace runs along the medieval walls, with a sea view toward the old town and its port. The wine list holds more than 450 labels, and about 70 wines are served by the glass.
