Catch is a European contemporary restaurant and bar at 5 Zhujiang West Road, Zhujiang New Town, Tianhe, on the 100th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. It is listed as Recommended in the 2026 Michelin Guide.
The kitchen draws on Mediterranean and Asian cooking. Seafood leads the menu, with a curated sushi selection and more inventive plates alongside. The hotel says its team chooses premium seafood and local ingredients, and describes a French sensibility behind the cooking. The signature dish is a seven-day dry-aged M9 beef tenderloin Wellington with Iberico ham, wild mushrooms, onion purée and beef jus.
