The restaurant's Cantonese kitchen is the focus here, with a dining room that suits a long, unhurried meal.
Chef Fei works with seasonal ingredients and prepares them according to time-honoured Cantonese methods. The Black Pearl Restaurant Guide awarded the restaurant One Diamond in 2026 and calls it arguably the city's finest Cantonese restaurant. The à la carte menu and the dim sum menu run alongside each other, and a kids' menu is available for younger guests.
