The story
Silver Pot, a modern Sichuan restaurant in Chengdu at No. 532, 5F, M6, ICP Office Building, 300 Jiaozi Avenue, Wuhou, earned one Michelin star in 2026. The kitchen is built on Sichuan flavors but works with them in a new way.
Ms. Zhou Ziling, an ingredient hunter, founded the restaurant in 2018. The kitchen takes Sichuan flavors apart and rebuilds them with carefully sourced global ingredients. Traditional Sichuan techniques still anchor the cooking. The Black Pearl guide named Silver Pot a one-diamond restaurant from 2022 to 2024.
The dining room follows a "wilderness and starry sky" theme, created by a well-known domestic designer. Windows look out on the twin towers of the financial district. Service is personal and butler-style, and guests are looked after from start to finish.
