Chef Tim's kitchen

Chef Tim cooks modern cuisine around day-fresh, climate-friendly dishes. The restaurant opened in 2002 as a cosy place to talk and eat. It has since become a contemporary table where quality and freshness come first, and Gault&Millau scored it 13 in 2026. Guests with allergies or dietary wishes should say so in advance, as the kitchen accommodates what suits its style.

The house and garden

The dining room occupies an eighteenth-century building in the Flemish Ardennes, between Geraardsbergen, Zottegem and Ninove. Hostess Tamara and her team look after the front of house. In summer, the sunny terrace in the back garden is the quiet place to sit.
