The story
dis-moi où ? is a traditional French restaurant listed at rue Sainte-Anne 5 in Nivelles, and the 2026 Michelin Guide gives it a Bib Gourmand. The kitchen has since moved to Rue Emile Marcq 3 in Genappe, along the N5.
Chef Nicolas Michiels is known for cooking to order and for his sauces. He likes to pair land and sea, and the dish the restaurant singles out is a quenelle of Saint-Jacques scallop and langoustine. Gault&Millau scored the kitchen 13 in 2026 and noted his new chapter in Genappe.
The original address sat close to the Sainte-Gertrude collegiate church. The Genappe dining room is contemporary, with large glazing. The menu is described as generous and accessible, with a list of wines and spirits and the option of wine pairing. Vegetarian dishes, a private room and outdoor seating are also on offer.
