Chef Carlo Didden's cooking

Carlo Didden cooks with seasonal and same-day ingredients. He spent ten years at De Kleine Zavel in Antwerp, then worked at Kasteel van Brasschaat and Glenns before returning to his Limburg roots here. The food is direct and flavourful, inspired by French cooking with southern influences.

Menus and service

Lunch is served on weekdays, alongside a three-course menu that changes every week. The seven-course carte blanche lets Carlo choose each dish himself and is listed at 95.00 euro. Guests with allergies should mention them when booking, as adjustments can carry a supplement. Patricia Bellavia hosts the room and looks after service personally.
