The story
Brasserie du Quai sits at rue du Quai 9 in Namur, on the Meuse beside the Pont du Luxembourg, where its seafood brasserie earned a Gault&Millau score of 13 in 2026 and a Michelin Recommended listing the same year.
Pierre-Alexandre and his team cook brasserie food built on fresh, good-quality produce. The menu changes with the market, and the staff can advise guests with allergies. The seafood side of the menu includes linguini with clams and garlic butter, tagliatelles with scampi and smoked salmon, and steamed cod heart on leeks with mousseline sauce. There is also a lobster section and a millet and bulgur burger with honey-glazed vegetable tagine for vegetarian diners.
Large windows face the river, so the dining room stays bright and open to the water. The terrace sits at the Meuse's edge, heated and sheltered from the wind, and it stays in use well into the season. The room suits family lunches, evenings with friends and special occasions.
