The story
Brasserie N4 serves modern French cuisine at La Roche Percée 1 in Martelange, and carries a Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2026. The restaurant was formerly known as Le Vertige des saveurs.
This hotel-brasserie sits at the edge of the Anlier forest. Gault&Millau scores it 13 in 2026 and notes that Frédéric Bolis reworks classics with taste and precision, crispy prawn croquettes among them. The grill does the heavy lifting for meat: Angus entrecôte and beef fillet come off the Josper with fresh frites and béarnaise.
Starters lean on shellfish and good produce. There is a langoustine bisque (18 €), and an organic egg from the Ferme des 2 Fontaines in Tintange, cooked at 63° with beef cheeks and grated Melanosporum truffle. Snails come from a helicicultural farm in Winville, served in house butter. Among the mains, sea bass is stuffed with langoustines, and a fricassée pairs lobster with langoustines over crushed potato with grey shrimps.
For 50 €, the set menu runs starter, main and dessert, served to the whole table. Choices include marinated salmon with sour cream and Mujol caviar, or poultry supreme with a fine foie gras stuffing and truffle sauce. A sweet creation or cheese closes the meal. The same Modern French kitchen also has ten hotel rooms and suites under one roof.
