The story
Pluriel is a French restaurant at Rue de la Colline 58 in Libin, Belgium, and Gault&Millau gave it a 13.5 score in 2026. The kitchen works with open wood fire, and the cooking is visible from the dining room.
Loélia and Vadim met at the Ferrandi school in Paris and later trained in kitchens including Taillevent in Paris, Massimo Bottura's in Modena, and Arabelle Meirlaen's in Belgium. Their French kitchen draws on those years but takes its cues from many places. The menu is described as gastronomic yet relaxed, built on seasonal produce from known sources. Michelin lists the restaurant as Recommended for 2026.
The wood fire is the main working tool, and it adds flavour to each ingredient as it cooks. The open kitchen gives guests a direct view of that work. The cellar receives as much attention as the plates, with a wide range of prices and a food and wine pairing for those who prefer to be guided. Outdoor seating is available in warmer months.
